Nurse Aide Institute of Excellence is an innovative proprietary school that advances the life-long educational development of students consistent with their needs, interests, and abilities while strengthening the economic, social, and cultural life of its diverse community. The school accomplishes this purpose by providing high-quality, flexible, career-focused, educational programs and services which are academically, geographically, and financially accessible. This purpose requires a fundamental commitment to teaching and learning excellence within a supportive environment.  Since our doors opened in February, 2007, we have been the gateway for nearly seven hundred students who want to enhance their skills, explore new careers, or seek certification.
Everyday we focus on our vision of meeting the needs of our students and meeting the needs of those who employ them.

Raising the Bar
At Nurse Aide Institute of Excellence, we begin with the end in mind and raise the bar of excellence. We do not simply “train” students. Our goal is to see our students through certification and gainful employment. We accomplish this goal by offering monthly on-site CERTIFICATION testing and job leads in the community.  We raise the bar of excellence by setting high standards and expectations for our students.  In addition to basic training, we instill work ethic, team work, and professionalism. Our graduates exit our programs with a sense of accomplishment, confidence, pride, and the ability to be a GREAT health care paraprofessional.
 
Unique Training 
We differ from other schools by offering clinical experience throughout the course instead of at the end of the course.  Our students apply theory and lab skills as it is learned which affords them repetitive practice and hands on training. Students feel a sense of accomplishment THROUGHOUT the course not at the end.  Upon completion, our graduates are ready for the workforce!

Flexible Hours
Our classes are conveniently offered to meet the needs of all students. Typically, Morning classes meet the needs of Mom’s with small children, those who are unemployed, or work in the evening.  Evening classes begin at 6pm which meets the needs of those with full-time jobs and allow them adequate travel time from work to school.
